EFE Onboarding and Standard Operating Procedures
Course Objective
This course prepares new employees at Everything Film Equipment to confidently perform core rental operations, including customer interaction, using Quipli, preparing orders, and handling pickups and returns. By the end of this course, learners will understand the full rental workflow, their responsibilities during each stage, and how to complete tasks accurately and professionally in a real work environment.

Cannot begin solo shifts until completed
